Coincidence?: Itch is a very common symptom. It is often difficult or impossible to determine the cause, especially in the absence of hives or rash. Allergy is but 1 of many causes of itch. Allergy or itch is an uncommon complication of using this, especially at such a low dose. Antihistamine, especially Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (anticholinergic}, is not useful for this and may be a problem with Bentyl. Try a moisturizer cream

Probably allergic: if you're getting itchy every time you take Bentyl (dicyclomine) you're probably allergic to it. There are other medication that resemble Bentyl (dicyclomine) and work in the same manner. Speak with the physician who gave you this medication and see what substitute can be given to you.
