A member asked:

At how many weeks, are a human fetus' organs fully formed to be able to discern gender?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: If you took it out and examined it closely that would be about 12 weeks after conception. To be practical, most skilled technicians or docs are comfortable picking it up by ultrasound at 18-20 weeks, and occasionally a week or so earlier if the baby cooperates.
