Gall bladder: I assume that your gb ultrasound didn't show gall stones, but there could be sludge that doesn't show on ultrasound. Your symptoms,although somewhat atypical, can be from gall bladder dysfunction especially if they are common after fatty foods, there is radiation to the back and there is right sided abdominal tenderness. I recommend a second opinion from an abdominal surgeon.
