Lots of help: Alcoholism is a serious illness that requires multiple types of treatment: psychological, social, and often medical (such as medicines that encourage people to abstain). But most importantly, the person has to be willing to get the help. Ask your school counselor or a pastor/minister or your family doctor for help. Then talk to him with one of these professionals. Good luck!
