Seek MD attention: The pain could be from number causes but need urgent MD attention if worse pain esp consider: appendicitis, hernias which can get strangulated, or (less common on right) diverticulitis, for example. Ultrasound may not necessarily rule out and urgent attention esp if blood, more pain, fever, tenderness over area, diarrhea, nausea/vomit, unexpected weight loss, anemia. Happy to consult but need info
