No: I assume you mean in the usa. There is currently no malaria being transmitted in the usa. Last year there were some cases transmitted in key west florida. Intermittantly there are cases transmitted in southern texas. Of course being "from the United States" won't protect you if you go into countries where malaria is endemic. The parasite doesn't respect our us passports.
