If you've been diagnosed with a fatty liver could that possibly mean you could have a bad gallbladder? have back pains. day to day.

Fatty liver: Fatty liver does not always associated with gall stones. Ultrasound which assume revealed the fatty liver would have revealed the gall stone also. Backpain may have a different cause.
