How often can i use permethrin? me and my daughter both have scabies and we used the cream yesterday as directed. my daughter is worse today.

Can happen: To feel worse the next day, as a side effect of using permethrin. Itching might stay for sometime, if live mites are still present, another treatment in 14 days is needed. Not sure how bad was the scabies and whether that was a doctor's Rx vs OTC, if no improvement see your doctor, also bed sheets, underwear and clothing should be taken care of, good luck
