Have constant dizzy spells resulting in light headedness and blackouts constantly, and recently light shakiness...what could this be symptoms of?

See doctor asap: You need to be seen by your pcp without delay for exam and proper diagnosis. Many possible causes for your symptoms, eg, any drug/alcohol use, hormonal, cardiac, neurological etc. Your doctor will need a detailed history and likely want additional testing.
