EKG finding: The intra atrial conduction delay means that electrical impulses are taking some time to get from the SA node (pacemaker region) to the ventricle. It is a finding. In the absence of symptoms, it is not a diagnosis. It could be temporary. It could point to a low or high level of one of the body's electrolytes. Talk to the doctor who ordered the EKG for interpretation.
