Probably STD: You don't say your symptoms, but I'm guessing discharge from the penis and/or discomfort or pain on urination. These are STD symptoms; non-STD UTIs are quite rare at your age. If I guessed right about your symptoms, then you have gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). It isn't possible to say more without exam and testing in person.
