Quick fix not answer: Redbull might perk you up and Valium might calm you down but that is not the best approach. You should have a physical check up to be sure everything is ok and then discuss with your doctor how to deal with your energy levels. Getting proper sleep is important and a mental health evaluation might also be in the mix.
