Several causes: Kidney stones, uti, any bladder disease, bleeding disorders are few of the causes of hematuria (blood in urine). If certain that it is not 'period' bleeding please contact your doctor.

Hematuria: Blood in urine near you period is normal. Blood that comes from your bladder or kidneys in the urine is never normal and you would need to get evaluated for possible causes. Best wishes.

Different causes: Could be bladder infection/inflammation, kidney stone or other kidney problem. Plse see a physician. The cause must be found even if there is no pain.
