It will grow back: all by itself. Hair which is pulled out by the root will eventually grow back. In fact, there are many invisible hair follicles immediately adjacent to the pulled out hair which may start growing even before the pulled hair grows back. You should return to normal in a few weeks without doing anything special. Find another barber, tho' !
