A doctor has provided 1 answer

You have many comorb: You have many comorbidities and these can all play a role. The Ehlers Danlos syndrome causes increased looseness of the tissues. This gives more play in the tissues including the joints which can conribute to the osteoarthritis you have at age 36. The hip displasia and the pituitary tumor may all be playing a role. These topics your physician needs to intergrate into your evaluation.
