Lymphadenopathy: It sounds like you may have swelling of your lymph nodes although the best way to determine this would be to have a doctor examine. Most cases are transient secondary to viral illness. Massaging or touching your nodes should not normally cause painful swelling. Persistent swelling requires an in person doctor visit.
