See your FamilyDoc: I suspect that you clicked the wrong gender box since females typically don't have testicles. Anyway, testicle pain is due to either injury, infection or loss of blood flow. You'd know if you hurt yourself down there, which leaves infection (especially if high WBC; any risk for sexually transmitted infections?) & torsion, both of which need to be treated ASAP. Go to urgent care or ER if necessarry
