Chia seeds: There are no specific recommendations for Chia seeds in pregnancy. It would be fine to eat a normal serving as part of a well balanced diet if this is a food that you enjoy. There is no scientifically valid reason to consume a large quantity of this or change or alter your diet to take in more than a normal serving.
