SKIN IRRITATION: Sounds like a superficial abrasion or contact dermatitis. Neither are serious. Both are self-limiting. I'd recommend 0.5% Hydrocortisone applied twice daily... and NO thong for now. If symptoms don't resolve or if symptoms worsen, follow up w/ you doctor
