Mgt: I would recommend ensuring that she has a quiet room and no caffeinated drinks such as soda. It helps to turn all electronic devices, TV etc off two hours prior to bedtime.

Not really: This "sleep talking" is similar in origin to sleep walking. It generally occurs in deep sleep stages.It is thought to represent a sleep entry disorder, where the kid is not keeping up with their sleep needs.Making schedule changes so the kid gets to sleep a half hour more/night can end the feature.You will see it more when she tries to stay up too often.
