Need more info: It depends on the duration, precise location, how big an area, any injury, whether there is redness or swelling, any eye symptoms, or if the pain is over an artery. If it's short duration (<2 days), the size of a pimple, and if the skin is red or swollen, it may be an infection. Try warm soaks. If it persists or worsens, you should be seen for consideration of antibiotics and other cases.
