Ectopic PG possible: When tubal ligations fail they can usually be ectopic pregnancies(tubal), and may give a faint positive pregnancy test. If your period is still a "no show" repeat the pregnancy test and see a GYN MD if positive.

Women who get pregnant after tubal ligation, have a high risk of having a tubal pregnancy.
