NO: First of all, a cryptic pregnancy means you don't know you are pregnant, so the question itself is a bit confusing--do you have more information? Your own body makes HCG when pregnancy occurs, but HCG injections are not used to help a baby grow in the uterus.

Not helpful: HCG injections will not help a baby grow in the very early stages of pregnancy as in any other stage of pregnancy.
