Normal?: Only an in person evaluation will answer that question. Some lesions if left to dry out will be dark with a scam at the one week mark. Check with your physician if you can apply Vaseline to it. Try to stay away from triple antibiotic ointments as they can cause contact dermatitis and irritation. Hope this helps.
