Needs evaluation: Lower abdominal pain is complex and can be caused by many things. The ovaries are only one of the possible causes. If the pain is only during menstruation then endometriosis is one possibility. The next step is to see an obgyn who can begin the evaluation for pelvic pain. I see you are located in Irving.
