Something else?: To my knowledge, prostatitis doesn't do this. Discuss other possibilities with your doctor. If the main problem is not true prostatitis, e.g. if you have chronic pelvic pain syndrome, I suppose such symptoms might result from the psychological aspects. Google CPPS (spell it out) for more information; there is a good Wikipedia article you could start with.
