BREATHLESS: Though it is not unusual for a heart rate that high to sometimes produce a sensation of breathlessness, it IS unusual for a young, healthy person to develop such high heart rate while 'doing a little cleaning'. At the very least, this issue should be discussed promptly with your PCP; but with your age and symptoms, and ER visit would not be unreasonable either. Can discuss further via inbox.
