See below: Headache is a non-specific symptom and can occur from many causes. Headache itself may promote muscular contraction and exacerbate the headache. Try these two things: Take any over the counter headache pill and drink plenty of water so that your urine is colorless. Breaking the cycle of pain may solve the issue.
