Likely unrelated: At your age, your natural focusing power can compensate for vision at near. You may have seen someone just selling eyeglasses. Most headaches and for sure most nausea, do not originate from eyeglass wear or from a need for eyeglasses. Check with your family doctor to evaluate this.
