Folliculitis?: By far the most common cause of pimple-like bumps in shaved areas is folluculitis -- i.e. inflammation or infection of hair follicles, sometimes with ingrown hairs. Pubic and genital area folliculitis is extremely common in the modern era of genital shaving. Leave it alone and it should heal. If it keeps happening, you may need to stop shaving and go natural, or use a hair removal cream instead.

Suspect it is: a small boil or furuncle, though if it does not hurt or act swollen, it may be a skin tag. Trained eyes would be needed but for the time being you can put some antibiotic cream on it and hopefully watch it wither away! If it starts hurting or gets inflamed, you may want to get to a healthcare provider quickly.
