Barrier ointment: First if all, are you sure it's a pimple? Because i always worry about painful lesions in the vulvar area and the possibility of herpes. That's only a possibility if you've come in contact with someone's genitals, or received oral sex. If you're not sure, see a doctor to be checked. If it's just a pimple, i would apply an antibiotic ointment or just vaseline (or aquaphor or a;d ointment) to it.

Pimple: Try applying an otc triple antibiotic ointment to the pimple. It will help it to heal and may provide a barrier that will lessen irritation.
