Thyroid check first: B"sd presume you mean you had hyperthyroidism and where treated with radioactive iodine (RAI) and are now on replacement thyroid hormone? If so it is usually advised not to conceive until 1 year after the treatment. It is VERY important that thyroid status be normal during pregnancy and especially at the time of conception. Consultation with an endocrinologist would be great for this.
