Probably not herpes: Recrurrent genital herpes doesn't cause enlarged lymph nodes. This happens from herpes only once, during the intitial infection, and in that case there would be painful blisters or sores. And herpes doesn't cause lower back pain. You'll need to look elsewhere for the cause of these symptoms. Good luck!
