how much amount of cod liver oil & how many times can i give a 3 month old a day?

Depends: The major contents of cod liver oil are the Vitamins A and D and omega-3 fatty acids. If you're breast or formula feeding your infant you don't have to supplement his diet with cod liver oil. It was important if you lived in the high latitudes with low UV light exposure.
