Go to Pediatrician: The rattle sounds likes thick mucus or phlegm. Cod liver oil may help but I suggest taking infant to Doctor. Baby needs to be seen to rule out serious infections like bronchitis, pneumonia or RSV. The doctor may provide treatment to help clear the lungs and the "rattling cold"
