Had a cold sore and a moderately swollen lymph node pop up a day or two ago. lymph node is about the size of small marble. tender too. overall i feel great though. thoughts? normal? i have read that it is common to get swollen lymph nodes with/herpes

Keep watch: A local lymph node usually gets large with primary herpes infection, which is what you may have had. Watch the lymph node and assess its size every week. If it doubles in size, other lymph nodes become larger, you get fever or the node becomes painful, it would be prudent to consult a doctor.
