BE EXAMINED: the little red spots that you mention might very well be insect bites, for example from bed bugs. It also could represent an allergic reaction to something. It is best that you have this looked at by a general physician or a dermatologist.

Many possibilities!: ...and most not too serious. First, are the spots in clusters..? a rash? Rashes are most often due to allergies/hives, inflammations or infections. If occurring singly could be acne, bug bites, reaction to something your skin has come into contact with (contact dermatitis), scabies? Picture sent to us or visit to your doctor is your next best bet. Good wishes:)
