See a doc in person: The list of possibilities is long. This is something that should be sorted out with a visit to your family physician. It would also be a good idea to rule out pregnancy if there is a risk for that. Early pregnancy symptoms can cause some of the symptoms here and is relevant to diagnosing and treating any other issues that may be present. Feel better soon!
