Compensation: Your spine and really your body will compensate for scoliosis so that you try your best to stand appropriately and to balance the weight of your body. Moreover, if you have only moderate scoliosis your body could easily accommodate your scoliosis such that your sagittal alignment is actually normal. The sagittal alignment is the line that connects your head to your pelvis.
