That's normal: A newborn doesn't have to poop every day. Some poop about every other day, even every 3rd day is perfectly normal as long as everything else is going fine and the poop is not really hard, bloody or watery.

Other Sx ???: The breast fed baby can have a small watery smear of poo every feeding or a giant crib filler poo every 7-10 days & be normal. Formula fed kids seem to firm up sooner than breast.
