A Diet is simply: Food and drink regularly provided or consumed. A wholesome healthy diet is important for everyone regardless of age. Special diet adjustments may be necessary for infants, food allergies or sensitivities, or medical conditions. Otherwise eating should include fresh colorful fruits and vegetables, and socialization. Speak with a nutritionist if there are questions re special needs.
