Irregular bleeding: Yes, you could be pregnant. A home pregnancy test would be reasonable. If positive, you should see your OB/GYN and get an ultrasound done. If negative, it is most probably just a bit of irregular bleeding and can be very common. If you are uncertain, you should see your OB/GYN
