Doubtful: I doubt slight urethral narrowing would cause epididymitis. But I wonder if you have recurrent epididymitis at all. If you don't have obvious enlargement and marked tenderness of a single testicle, epididymitis is unlikely. It rarely causes just testicular pain or discomfort without swelling, and rarely both testicles at once. Maybe chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS)? Google it for more info.
