Get checked. : Your complaints may not be related to skin issues that you had before. Altjough people with eczema tend to have more allergies and also may turn out to have asthma which can cause shortness of breath or asthma. It would be helpful for you to get thoroughly checked. May be some blood test and a possible chest X-Ray has to be done. Good luck.
