Started new bc pack one day late (took 2 pills the 2nd day of pack to make up) had sex 4/5 days before ovulation w. condom. protected?

The condom works: Using a condom properly during sexual activities will protect against pregnancy, regardless of what else is going on. That being said, starting a new pack of birth control pills one day late should be ok, and not noticeably decrease the effectiveness of the pills.

Protected: Between a condom and oral contraceptive that was started one day late - that should afford protection.
