Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and fiber: Make sure to drink plenty of fluids. Avoid caffeinated beverages, though. Eat leafy veggies and get a fiber supplement such as Metamucil or Citrucel. Adding Miralax (polyethylene glycol) to it may be helpful if fiber alone doesn't help.
