Major interactions: Amongst all the drugs you mentioned,yes the seroquel would become stronger with biaxin,good observation, but salbutamol too would interact with biaxin, these combinations can cause heart beat irregularities an untoward complications.As for the other 2 u r on: dexedrine and bupropion, them together or in combination with seroquel need to be monitored with doses adjustments, or finding alternatives
