Get an eye exam: Consuming 600 calories a day generally isn't a healthy practice, and I generally don't like to see patients who are trying to lose weight consuming less than 1500 per day. That being said, it is probably unwise to blame blurry vision on any one behavior. You would be wise to have your eyes examined by a competent professional, especially if the change in vision is recent.
