Ive done a xray that show my liver 14.5 cm . after that done blood test bilirubin ect it was ok .is my liver enlarget ,and ocasionaly i feel mild pain?

Normal: A liver that is longer than 15.5 cm in the midclavicular line is considered enlarged. Yours is within normal measurements. With normal liver function tests (blood tests) I would not be concerned.
