Unlikely: Causing a miscarriage in first trimester by having stomach/abdomen punched is unlikely to induce a miscarriage because the uterus is completely protected by the pelvis. If you are a victim of violence, have fallen or had accident it is important to call your doctor immediately to ensure baby and placenta are okay. If vaginal bleeding or pelvic pain you should be evaluated immediately.
